Our 20' x 80' High Peak Tent provides approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of covered space. Actual capacity depends on your layout, chair size, spacing, and whether you need room for walkways, buffet lines, DJ/speakers, gift tables, a dance floor, or a bar. Estimates below assume 6–8 chairs per table.

Cocktail Tables
Fits approximately 16–20 standard cocktail tables comfortably, with room for guests to stand and mingle. Best for standing events; you’ll still have room for a bar or buffet depending on the layout.

6 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 24 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 144 guests (6 chairs per table).

8 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 20 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 160 guests (8 chairs per table).

5 ft Round Tables
Fits approximately 20 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 160 guests (8 chairs per table).
