Please Note:
Residential tents are best suited for normal weather conditions and are not recommended for winds over 30 MPH for safety reasons.

Optional upgrades:

For a 20’ x 40’ tent, you’ll need additional space around the tent to allow for proper setup and safety

A good rule of thumb is:

Tent size: 20’ x 40’
Required setup space: about 30’ x 50’ total area

This extra space allows for:

Stakes or anchors (typically 5–10 feet out from each side)
Proper tensioning of the tent
Safe access for installation

If setting up on concrete or another hard surface (using weights instead of stakes), you may be able to work with slightly less space, but extra clearance is still recommended.
