Our 20' x 40' High Peak Tent provides approximately 800 sq. ft. of covered space and is a great option for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, graduations, and other special occasions. The elegant high-peak design gives your event a clean, upscale look while providing plenty of covered space for your guests.

Actual capacity depends on your layout, chair size, spacing, and whether you need room for walkways, buffet lines, DJ/speakers, gift tables, or a bar. Estimates below assume 6–8 chairs per table.

Cocktail Tables
Fits up to 10-12 standard cocktail tables comfortably, with room for guests to stand and mingle. Best for standing events; you’ll still have room for a small bar or buffet depending on the layout.

6 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 12 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 72 guests (6 chairs per table).

8 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 8 tables under the canopy.
