Our 20x32 Tent is a versatile, mid-size option that provides 640 square feet of covered space—ideal for backyard parties, graduation celebrations, corporate gatherings, and wedding-related events. It offers comfortable coverage for dining, mingling, or a mix of seating and open space for a buffet, bar, or dance area.

This 10x20 canopy is intended for shade and light weather only. It is not recommended for use in inclement weather, including heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or any severe conditions. For safety, the canopy must be taken down if winds increase or severe weather is expected. The customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period and ensuring the canopy is used safely and appropriately.

In the event that Spectacular Event Party Rentals determines that adverse weather conditions are likely on the scheduled rental date, we reserve the right to upgrade the reservation to a more durable tent structure at no additional cost to ensure safety and proper service.

If the customer chooses not to proceed due to anticipated weather conditions, they may request to cancel the canopy rental. Cancellation terms, including any applicable refunds or credits, will be handled in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
