20x20 Tent

Our 20x20 tent is a great choice for backyard parties, graduations, corporate events, and outdoor celebrations. With 400 square feet of covered space, it provides comfortable shade and light weather protection for guests, food service, or seating layouts.

Actual capacity depends on your layout, chair size, spacing, and whether you need room for walkways, buffet lines, DJ/speakers, gift tables, or a bar. Estimates below assume 6–8 chairs per table.

Cocktail Tables

Fits up to 8-10 standard cocktail tables comfortably, with room for guests to stand and mingle.(best for standing events; you’ll still have room for a small bar or buffet depending on layout)

Fits approximately 6 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 36-48 guests (6–8 chairs per table).

8 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 5 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 30-36 guests (6–8 chairs per table). 

5ft Round Tables

Fits approximately 5 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 30 guests (6–8 chairs per table).

This 20x20 tent is intended for shade and light weather only. It is not recommended for use in inclement weather, including heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or any severe conditions. For safety, the canopy must be taken down if winds increase or severe weather is expected. The customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period and ensuring the canopy is used safely and appropriately.

If the customer chooses not to proceed due to anticipated weather conditions, they may request to cancel the canopy rental.
