16x20 Canopy

Our 16x20 Canopy is a great mid-size tent option for backyard parties, graduations, open houses, and corporate gatherings. It provides 320 sq. ft. of covered space and works well for both seated dining and standing-room events.

Estimated Capacity (Seated)
Actual capacity depends on your layout, chair size, spacing, and whether you need room for walkways, buffet lines, DJ/speakers, gift tables, or a bar. Estimates below assume 6–8 chairs per table.

Cocktail Tables
Fits up to 6-8 standard cocktail tables comfortably, with room for guests to stand and mingle.(best for standing events; you’ll still have room for a small bar or buffet depending on layout)

6 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 4-5 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 24-30 guests (6–8 chairs per table).

8 ft Rectangle Tables
Fits approximately 3-4 tables under the canopy.
Typical seating: 18–24 guests (6–8 chairs per table). 

5ft Round Tables

Fits approximately 3 tables under the canopy.

Typical seating: 18 guests (6–8 chairs per table).

*Inclement Weather Disclaimer*
This 10x20 canopy is intended for shade and light weather only. It is not recommended for use in inclement weather, including heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or any severe conditions. For safety, the canopy must be taken down if winds increase or severe weather is expected. The customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period and ensuring the canopy is used safely and appropriately.

In the event that Spectacular Event Party Rentals determines that adverse weather conditions are likely on the scheduled rental date, we reserve the right to upgrade the reservation to a more durable tent structure at no additional cost to ensure safety and proper service.

If the customer chooses not to proceed due to anticipated weather conditions, they may request to cancel the canopy rental. Cancellation terms, including any applicable refunds or credits, will be handled in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
