Do it yourself weddings are a challenge. Are you up to the challenge? Nobody is more knowledgeable than a professional wedding planner to assist you on how to do it yourself without having to work on your dream day. Be prepared to enjoy the work of a wedding planner! A small monetary investment and your time by using a professional wedding planner on an hourly basis as needed for guidance in the long run is definitely worth it. Below is a list of things not to do based on my experiences:

  • Do not disregard spiritual counseling from your particular religions
  • Do not stress yourself during planning
  • Do not argue with your other half during the planning. Use a consultative, collaboration and/or contribution approach.
  • Get your family involved but do not make them work the day of your wedding.
  • Do not forget to tip your vendors and thank your guests.
I, as a Professional Wedding Planner, use the paying services of Isle Planner, taking myself one step up on technology, communication and collaboration for the benefit of our customers.  Isle Planner has the tools of workflow that inspire my creativity.
